My aunt kept saying that the last 2 weeks of her life which were spent at the Canterbury hospice were the best for years and the most comfortable for over 5 years.
Needed a quicker acceptance of the Naso-gastric tube. Otherwise, all was well.
I cannot speak highly enough of every aspect of care. Thank you so very much. The welcome - smiles and general atmosphere is peaceful and so helpful for visitors whose loved ones are in this place.
Sheila felt at peace as soon as she arrived at the Hospice. The staff were welcoming and she had commented to us that she felt comforted by the fact the staff held her hand every time they spoke to her. All the nurses and Dr Crawley gave outstanding care. No improvements necessary. Thank you.
